How to check the account number of your Citibank Account

You can find the Account number at he back of your Citibank debit Card, or on your chequebook

At the Back of your Citibank Debit card,  on the White label, the First 10 digits are your account number and the last three numbers are the CVV number. (see image.)

SBI NEFT charges for online transfer to accounts of other banks

If you hold an account in State Bank of India and would want to transfer money to another account in banks others than SBI (and its associate State Banks) then the following charges are levied.
